For 10 lb AC weight lift calibration of Magnetic Particle Inspection Yokes. Plus the reverse side contains
artificial defects.

NA-16 Notch Defect Test Bar, able to detect smallest rejectable surface defects. Complies with requirements of MIL-STD-271E and F (Ships), paragraph 4.3.1.2, and NAVSEA-TB-T9074-AS-GIB-010/271.
