Cross cut tester

1.All cuts should be through the coating, but not too deep cut substrates.
2.As a result of the coating is too thick and hard and can not penetrate the material in the end,the experiment is not valid, but it should be stated in the test report.
3.The test must be a US company 3M tape produced 610-1PK special tape test(or otherwise specified test tape). The tape posted on the whole cross hatch, and then tore off the minimum angle, the result may be in proportion to the gum off the area determined according to the film surface.
4.The test should be carried out at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ℃ and relative humidity of 50 ± 5%.
